Force Majeure
- By registering for AFCC2021, you agree that neither the Organising Committee nor the Congress Secretariat accept any liability.
- Participants are required to make their own logistics and technological arrangements to attend the Virtual Meeting
Accessing the Virtual Meeting
- The Virtual Meeting platform is best viewed on a desktop / laptop device. Mobile devices are not supported
- The Virtual Meeting platform is best accessed on the Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge browser
- Some features and contents of the Virtual Meeting might be blocked by your network's firewall. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) will be needed to access these features and contents
- Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at the Virtual Meeting
- By registering for the Virtual Meeting, participants agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy set by the organiser.
Force Majeure
In case of strikes, flood, fire, "force majeure" or any other circumstances beyond the control of the AFCC2021 Organising Committee and Congress Secretariat resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the congress (and of any part of its programme), the Organising Committee and Congress Secretariat will not be held liable.
