Replacement or Cancellation requests must be notified in writing / email to the Conference Secretariat: sivac@themeetinglab.com

Before 15 August 2022 - Name Replacement or Refund with $50 administration fee
From 15 August 2022 - Non-refundable or Name Replacement with $20 administration fee

Company and personal cheques are not accepted unless the company is based in Singapore.

By registering for the meeting, you agree that neither SingHealth nor the Conference Secretariat accept any liability.
Participants are required to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Force Majeure

In case of strikes, flood, fire, "force majeure" or any other circumstances beyond the control of the SingHealth and Conference Secretariat resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the conference (and of any part of its programme), SingHealth and Conference Secretariat will not be held liable.
