Abstract Subission


The ISCP 2021 Committee invites interested parties to submit abstracts and stand a chance to present their research papers at the congress.

Abstract Structure

1. Title: The title should be indicate of the abstract content. Company or trade names, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations are not permitted
2. Authors and Affiliations: A maximum of 5 co-authors can be listed on the abstract
3. Content: Abstract body should not exceed 250 words. Please do not include tables or graphs. Content must be organised in the following structure:
  • Objectives
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Award Categories

Prizes awarded for Top 3 Abstracts
  • Young Investigators Awards  - applicable to presenting authors aged 35 years old or below
  • Oral Presentation Awards 

Abstract Submission Terms & Conditions

  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Only online submissions are accepted. Other forms of submission will not be considered.
  • You may indicate your preferred Presentation Type when submitting the abstract. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign a different Presentation Type that is more suitable for your abstract.
  • Abstracts should contain original material that has neither been published nor presented at another International meeting at the time of submission. In addition, abstracts should not be submitted to international meetings which take place before ISCP 2021. However, abstracts submitted to, or presented at, local and national meetings will be considered. If applicable, the abstract should state: "This research has been approved by an ethical committee".
  • Since all abstracts accepted for oral or poster presentation will be published, they should be of copy-proof quality.
  • Presenting authors will receive the abstract acceptance and instructions on how to prepare the presentation materials in June 2021.
  • Approval must be obtained from all co-authors listed on the abstract.
  • All authors whose abstracts have been accepted are responsible for all costs associated with preparation and presentation of the abstract and poster, or any other costs associated with attendance at the congress.
  • If your abstract submission is accepted, you give the Organiser permission to publish your abstract and/or poster in relevant congress materials such as the congress website and congress programme.
  • Authors should not use the poster or oral presentation as means of selling organisations' products or services.
