Terms and Conditions

  • Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
  • Registration fee applied will be based on the date of receipt of payment
  • Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the registrant's responsibility.

Replacement and Cancellation

  • Replacement or Cancellation requests must be notified in writing / email to the Conference Secretariat
    • Before 1 Oct 2023:    SGD 150 administration fee will apply for cancellation and complimentary name replacement
    • From 1 Oct 2023:       No refund and a $50.00 administration fee for name replacement
  • Refunds will be processed within one month after the  by telegraphic transfer or credit card facilities

Please indicate the name of the participant on the cheque. When names of participants are NOT stated on the bank transfer, your payment cannot be linked.


Payment Terms

  • Only the forms of payment listed above are acceptable. 
  • Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • Please do not forward any values by mail. The Organising Committee and Conference Secretariat will accept no liability for any loss.


Insurance and Liability

  • By registering for the conference, you agree that neither the Organising Committee nor the  Secretariat accept any liability. 
  • Participants are required to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.


Force Majeure

In case of strikes, flood, fire, "force majeure" or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Committee and Conference Secretariat resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the conference (and of any part of its programme), the Organising Committee and Conference Secretariat will not be held liable.
