Acknowledgement
Receive an automated Abstract Submission Acknowledgement email upon successful upload.
Acceptance Notice
Shortlisted authors will be notified via email by 24 July 2026.
Final Registration
Register for the congress on or before 7 August 2026.
Presentations & Awards
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present their work via Zoom on 15 or 16 August 2026. The authors of the top three abstracts will be awarded a cash prize of SGD 500.
Abstract Topics
The CIET Scientific Committee invites submissions related to:
- Arterial and venous pathology of the peripheral vascular system
- Endovascular management of diseases affecting the peripheral vascular system
Examples of welcome topics include (but not limited to):
- Peripheral Arterial Disease
- Critical Limb-Threatening Ischaemia
- Peripheral Aneurysms
- Deep Vein Thrombosis
- Post-Thrombotic Syndrome
- Non-thrombotic Iliac Vein Lesions
OUT OF SCOPE: Aortic disease and interventions, dialysis access, and carotid disease.
Abstract Structure
1. Title: The title should not exceed 15 words and should indicate the abstract content. Company or trade names, special symbols, characters and uncommon abbreviations are not permitted.
2. Content: Abstract body should not exceed 250 words. Content must be organised using the following section headings:
Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
Abstract Submission Terms & Conditions
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts should be of copy-proof quality.
- Only online submissions are accepted. Other forms of submission will not be considered.
- Abstracts should contain original material that has neither been published nor presented at another International meeting at the time of submission. In addition, abstracts should not be submitted to international meetings which take place before CIET 2026. However, abstracts submitted to, or presented at, local and national meetings will be considered.
- Abstract submitters are required to register for the congress.
