Replacement and Cancellation

Replacement or Cancellation requests must be notified in writing / email to the Congress Secretariat

Before 15 May 2023: Replacement or Refund with $150 administration fee
From 15 May 2023: No refund

Refunds will be processed within one month after the congress by telegraphic transfer or credit card facilities

Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
Registration fee applied will be based on the date of payment
Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant
